We know, sometimes things don't work out.
Returns or exchanges are accepted provided the items have met our terms and conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 18 days from date of fulfilment.
We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges 18 days from the date of fulfilment.
If the return item does not pass our terms and conditions, we will send the item back to you at a re-delivery fee of $3.50, to be borne by the customer.
Sale items and Accessories are strictly non refundable & non - exchangeable.
First order purchases
Fit is important. We want to ensure you receive your right size, hence we offer free exchanges in size 18 days from the date of fulfilment*.
Free first exchanges are only valid for local orders within Singapore.
How It Works:
Return the original item to us via your selected return method (Courier, PostCo Drop-off or your own preferred method).
Once we have received your original item and checked it against our terms and conditions, we will send you the new size.
Items may only be exchanged once for free, thereafter all postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer.
*Subject to availability. If your requested item is not available, you can exchange it for another item in our store, taking into account the price difference. Alternatively, you may return the item for Store Credit.
Not your first order or wish to exchange for another product or colour instead?
You may exchange your item for any other available product (at retail price*), taking into account the price difference.
- You will be required to top-up if the new item is of higher value.
- You will be refunded the price difference via Store Credit if the new item is of lower value.
*All discount codes will not be applicable on the new item.

- Your own preferred prepaid and trackable return method: At your own cost
Refunds are available within 18 days from the date of fulfilment.
- Refunds will be provided in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit expires after 1 year, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You may return a product using any prepaid and trackable return method. Alternatively, a courier service can be arranged for you.
If you ordered a top and a bottom with the set discount and you wish to return one piece, you will be responsible for the full price and will be refunded the difference.
